When you purchase a product, services or an entire turn-key solution from PAT, you will have access to our service and support department Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Services and Support cases will usually be responded to within 24 to 48 hours depending on our work load at the time. Please allow longer response times during weekends and or public holidays.

For guaranteed response times – we offer customised Service and Support Contracts.

Customers with a Service & Support Agreement in place should refer to the out of hours and emergency contact details specified on their contract.
